SFC aims to strengthen individuals' ownership of skills development and lifelong learning.

For employers who are eligible, they can access a one-off $10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses for supportable enterprise development and workforce transformation programmes.

In addition, employers are eligible for course fee subsidies for SSG-supported courses. Under the Enhanced Training Support for SMEs, SMEs receive up to 90% course fee subsidy when they sponsor their employees for training. Employers who sponsor their Singaporean workers aged 40 years and above for training can also receive up to 90% course fee subsidies for SSG-supported courses under the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy.
