a) Full qualification programmes ranging from Higher Nitec/Nitec to Postgraduate degree  programmes offered by Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs);

b) Modular courses offered by IHLs that stack up to a full qualification;

c) MOE-subsidised full-qualifications from University of the Arts or Arts Institutions;

d) SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes;

e) Courses that are approved under the Progressive Wage Model; and

f) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy courses.
