Why is the PSEA cut-off age brought forward from age 30 to age 25? What will happen to the money in my PSEA account?

Currently, the age of closure for PSEA is still maintained at age 30 to allow individuals more time to plan their learning and use their PSEA balances to pay the fees of approved courses. There are no plans to shift the age of closure at the moment.
