Who is eligible for SCTP? Are both unemployed jobseekers and individuals who are in-employment but seeking career transitions eligible for SCTP?
The SCTP is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 years old and above, who are looking for training opportunities to transit to a new sector or job role.
