What does a ‘trusted’ device mean on Singpass?

Updated by SINGPASS

A trusted device is one that Singpass recognises as yours. When you set up the Singpass app, your device is securely linked to your Singpass account - so every time you log in, Singpass knows it’s you.

This link is backed by official security standards issued by the National Certification Authority (NCA), and renews automatically in the background to keep your account protected.

You can check your device’s trust details any time in your app settings under Digital identity details.
