Why does face verification not work when I rotate my iPad?
We're aware that some iPad users may encounter issues when rotating their device during the face verification process.
At the moment, face verification only works in portrait orientation. If you rotate your iPad to landscape mode mid-process, it may disrupt the verification and cause it to fail.
Our team is actively looking into this and working on future updates to enhance the experience for iPad users.
