Why have I not received a prompt to renew my authentication certificate when other Singpass users have received one?

The authentication certificate renewal process is being implemented in phases for all Singpass users. This phased approach allows for a smoother rollout and better user experience. If you have yet to receive a prompt, do not worry – you will be notified when it is time for you to renew your certificate. In the meantime, you can continue using your Singpass app as usual.
