I am unable to access Singpass app's QR code scanner. What should I do?

You need to grant Singpass app access to your device's camera function to access Singpass app's QR code scanner. Go to your devices 'Settings' menu to enable Singpass app access to your device's camera function, and try again.

If the matter persists, QR code scanning may be incompatible with your device, operating system or browser. You may continue to log in using Singpass ID and password, followed by entering your SMS One-Time Password or through Face Verification.
