*Note: Your SFA account is tied to your foreign identity document and it will expire when your foreign identity document expires. Before your foreign identity document expires, you will need to update your SFA agency with your new foreign identity document details.

If your SFA account has expired, please approach the respective agency with which you registered for further guidance.

Please also be informed that you are required to set up your pre-registered Singpass Foreign account within 90 days of receiving your Singpass User ID

If the account is not set up within this period, it will be terminated. Should this occur, you will need to contact the respective agency through which you registered your Singpass Foreign account to initiate a new registration.
