Before registering for a Singpass account, please ensure that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 15 years old.
  

• You are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holder.
  
  

Once you’ve confirmed your eligibility, follow these steps to register:

1. Visit the Singpass Portal.
   

2. Under the Services section, select ‘Register for Singpass’.
   

3. Register instantly using Singpass Face Verification:
   

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your face.
     

   • You will need a computer with a webcam or a mobile device with a front-facing camera.
