How do I register for a Singpass account?

Before you register for a Singpass account:

Check that you fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 15 years old

• You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holder.

Ensure that the address on your NRIC or FIN card is correct. If you need to update your address with the relevant authorities, please click here.

To register for a Singpass account:

• Click here to register for a Singpass account

• Register instantly with Singpass Face Verification or request for a One-Time Password PIN mailer

• The One-Time Password PIN mailer will be mailed to your registered address within 3 working days for a local address and 10 working days for an overseas address (depending on the overseas postal services).
