Yes, you can use SMS 2FA overseas with your Singapore-registered mobile number. Do note that there may be a lag time in receiving One-Time Passwords via SMS when you are overseas.

What to do if SMS doesn’t arrive

You can access your account by using other 2FA methods such as the Singpass app QR login if your app is set up, or Singpass Face Verification.
