Singpass does not maintain a separate residential address record.

If you are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Residents or holding an ICA-issued pass:

You can update your residential address with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

If you are holding a MOM-issued pass:

If you are an Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit holder, update your address through your employer or the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), where applicable.

Once updated, your address will automatically sync to Singpass.
