I have changed my mobile number. How do I update it in Singpass?
To update your mobile number, there are several options:
Option 1: Update Profile
Visiting Singpass User Portal (click https://go.gov.sg/singpass-login)
Login to Singpass User Portal using
Singpass App - Scan QR
Singpass Face Verification - Click Password Login, enter your user ID and password followed by performing a Singpass Face Verification
Singpass SMS 2FA (if you still have access to your old mobile number) - Click Password Login, enter your user ID and password followed by performing SMS 2FA.
Once logged in, you can select 'Update Profile' icon to update your new mobile number.
Option 2: Not my mobile number
Visiting Singpass User Portal (click https://go.gov.sg/singpass-login)
Login to Singpass User Portal - Click Password Login, enter your user ID and password
At the SMS OTP screen, click on "Not my mobile number" and follow the screen's instructions to update your mobile number
Option 3: Visit Singpass counters
Visit any of our Singpass counter (click https//go.gov.sg/singpass-counters for counter locations) to seek assistance to update your mobile number
Please bring along the necessary document for verification, such as your original NRIC or FIN card.
