After I scan the QR code on the Singpass login page, my Singpass app launches and there is a message stating that “this request has expired”. What should I do?

Refresh the Singpass login page to generate a new QR code, then scan the new QR code with your Singpass app. If the issue persists, please reach out to Singpass at https://go.gov.sg/singpass-feedback-issue
