What do I do if I want my child to see a speech therapist at SGH? Is my child eligible for subsidies?

Please get a referral from a doctor and send it to sgh.rehab.centre@sgh.com.sg

For subsidised referrals, please obtain a referral from a doctor at a SingHealth polyclinic.

Please ensure the referral

  1. is addressed to "SGH Speech Therapy Department", and

  2. includes the following information

  • Child's full name and NRIC

  • Concerns

  • Paying class (e.g., subsidised or private)

The polyclinic will also be able to assist you with the referral.
