Can physiotherapy really help my condition, or do I need surgery?
Many common issues—such as back pain, knee pain, shoulder problems and mild to moderate injuries—respond very well to physiotherapy, and surgery is often not needed. Physiotherapy can help reduce pain, improve movement, strengthen weak areas and prevent the problem from returning. Surgery may only be necessary if there is severe structural damage, instability, nerve compression or if conservative treatment hasn’t worked. Even when surgery is required, physiotherapy before and after the operation is important for recovery. |
