Can Parkinson's affect my thinking and communication skills?

Updated by SGH-AHPEDIA
Yes, some people with Parkinson's experience cognitive changes that can affect communication, such as difficulty multitasking, becoming more forgetful, trouble finding words, losing train of thought, or difficulty following conversations. This doesn't necessarily mean dementia will develop.
