What's the difference between cluster feeding and overfeeding?
Cluster feeding is normal behaviour where babies feed frequently during certain periods (often evenings) then sleep for longer stretches. This is different from overfeeding, which would show signs like excessive spitting up, discomfort, or rapid weight gain. During cluster feeding, follow your baby's cues - they're likely building up milk supply or preparing for a longer sleep period.
