My child only eats bread and drinks milk at meals. Should I be worried?

Children often eat only 1-2 tablespoons of 2-3 foods per meal, and they may focus on familiar foods like bread and milk. At another meal, they'll eat more or different foods. Small amounts add up over time, and it can be normal for some children to eat only a little bit at any one sitting. Mealtimes should be calm and emotionally neutral/happy regardless of the child's behaviour or intake. If there are ongoing mealtime concerns, please approach your paediatric feeding speech therapist for help.
