Can I do my own advance care planning (ACP) online?

Yes, there is the myACP digital tool, which is an online service on MyLegacy@LifeSG, that allows healthy individuals to complete their ACP without speaking to an ACP facilitator.

You can use the myACP online service if you:

o Have a SingPass account

o Are at least 21 years old

o Do not have any existing serious illness
