The lifespan of shoes varies greatly depending on the type of shoe, how you use them, and other factors including the person’s weight, terrain, etc.

Signs to look out for when it is time to replace your shoes:

  • compressed midsole and loss of cushioning.

  • worn out outsoles: The tread is worn smooth.

  • visible wear and tear: The upper material is stretched, ripped, or has deep creases in the foam.

  • experiencing unusual soreness or discomfort in your feet, knees, or hips after wearing your shoes.
