I purchased tickets to an event before it became an eligible event. Can I refund my ticket and repurchase it using the SG Culture Pass credits?

No, you will not be able to retrospectively apply SG Culture Pass credits to offset any purchases made before the event became an eligible event. You are encouraged to use your SG Culture Pass credits to explore other eligible programmes and activities if you have pre-purchased tickets to programmes prior the launch of SG Culture Pass.
