The PHC hears cases where a contravention under sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 15 of the POHA has occurred. These provisions encompass, but are not limited to, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, the use of physical violence, stalking, and the publication of false statements.
