What happens if I lose my case in the CDRT?

Updated by SGCOURTS

If you lose your case or if your case is dismissed, you will not be able to obtain the orders that you wished to seek from the CDRT in your claim. You may also be ordered to pay the other party's costs or disbursements. As such, you should ensure that your claim is well-supported by evidence before filing it.
