Is doxing by a neighbour covered by the CDRT?
While surveillance and harassment can potentially form the basis for a CDRT claim, it may be more appropriate for you to proceed under the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) as there are specific remedies thereunder which may be more suitable for cases involving doxing.
