Does the CDRT handle inter-floor water leakage?
The CDRT can adjudicate such matters if the water leakage is alleged to be the consequence of an act or omission that is an unreasonable interference in breach of the CDRA. The remedies that you can seek for water leakage from the CDRT is however limited to those available under the CDRA. You may wish to consider seeking legal advice on whether it is more appropriate for you to file a claim in the civil courts.
