What is the "Pre-filing Assessment" in the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals?
Before filing, you must complete an Online assessment on the CJTS portal to determine if your case is suitable for proceedings before the CDRT. You will receive a Pre-filing Assessment ID for this purpose.
