Who is legally considered a "neighbour" for a Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT) claim?
A "neighbour" is defined as someone who lives in the same building as you or lives within a 100-meter radius of your place of residence. This excludes people living in the same household or subdivided units.
