What conditions must be met for a case to qualify for the simplified deputyship process?
The simplified track applies only if all relevant persons consent and the orders sought are among the prescribed list—such as handling up to S$80,000 of funds or consenting to medical treatment.

Note:
The prescribed list is pursuant to Paragraph 61(2) of the Family Justice Court Practice Directions.
The aggregate of transactions sought should not be more than S$80,000 pursuant to Paragraph 61(2)(x) of the Family Justice Court Practice Directions.
