Any person (the applicant) who wishes to become a deputy under the simplified track can file online via iFAMS using their Singpass, provided the case meets the simplified process criteria. Generally, only relevant persons as listed under P. 5, r.8(5) and (6) of the Family Justice (General) Rules 2024 may make an application under the simplified process.
