What happens after I file for a deputyship application?
Once filed, the Court reviews the application and the supported documents — if everything is in order, your order may be granted without you having to attend a hearing. You will be notified via iFAMS, post, and/or email, and you can then extract the formal Court Order. If clarification is needed or objections are raised, a hearing may be scheduled.
