What documents must be prepared for a standard deputyship application?
The documents that you require include an originating application, support affidavit, medical report showing lack of capacity, financial statements, and proof of identity and relationship. For filings commenced before 15 October 2024, you need a Court-filed Originating Summons, doctor's medical affidavit, consent and notice forms, plus other supporting documents; they must be submitted via iFAMS or at the Court registry.
