You can seek help from a Family Service Centre or a Protection Specialist Centre (PSC). If you wish to report the violence, you can contact the National Anti-Violence and Sexual Harassment Helpline (NAVH) at 1800-777-0000 or the police.

You may also wish to file an application for a personal protection order (PPO) to protect yourself.

You can file a PPO application in person at any PSC, Pave Integrated Services for Individual and Family Protection Specialist Centre (ISIFPSC) or at the Family Protection Centre (FPC) located in the Family Justice Courts. Please refer to this website for more information on how to file a PPO application - https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/family/how-to-file-personal-protection-order-application

You may also file an application online via the Integrated Family Application Management System (iFAMS). However, you will still have to visit the FPC, ISIFPSC or PSC to complete the application after submitting your information online.

If you are under 18 years of age, you will not be able to file the application on your own and will need a family member, guardian, or carer to file on your behalf. If you are married or previously married but under 18 years of age and do not have a family member to apply for you, you may appoint another adult person to apply as your litigation representative.
