My child has been charged in the Youth Court and is currently out on bail. How do I obtain approval for my child to leave the country?
If your child needs to leave the country while he or she is on bail, you will need to file an application for the request to be heard by the Youth Court.
You may contact the Youth Court at 65878423 or email fjc_maintpos@judiciary.gov.sg to find out more on how to go about filing the application for the said request.
Should the application be accepted, you will be given a hearing date for you to make the formal request before the Judge.
