How do I amend or vary an Order of Court?
If you wish to vary the court order made in a divorce case, you will need to make the application by way of summons, supported by an affidavit. Upon filing of the application, the court will deal with the matter in accordance with the law.
It would be best to seek independent legal advice if you require advice on the merits of your case. For more information on variation, do visit https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/family/going-to-court-matrimonial-application-divorce/going-to-court-for-ancillary-matters/varying-a-court-order.
