What can be done if the other party does not abide by the Court Order made regarding Ancillary matters? (E.g. Refusal to sign HDB Transfer)

If you wish to enforce the court order, you will need to make the application by way of summons, supported by an affidavit. Upon filing of the application, the court will deal with the matter in accordance with the law.
