When can a party who has been involved in a divorce proceeding get married again?

Updated by SGCOURTS

An individual who has gone through a divorce can only get married after the Final Judgment has been issued.

The Final Judgment can be extracted when all the Ancillary Matters (if applicable) have been resolved, or 3 months after the Interim Judgment has been granted, whichever is later.
