Can I bring traditional medicine/health supplements from overseas into Singapore for private consumption?

Updated by SFA

Traditional medicines or health supplements that are non-medicinal and consumed in forms typical of daily dietary intake are classified as processed foods. Travellers are allowed to bring these products into Singapore for private consumption, up to an allowance of 5 kg or 5 litres, provided their total value does not exceed $100. Please refer to the List of Food & Food Products Allowed for more information.

For products that are medicinal in nature, such as Western medicines and Chinese proprietary medicines, travellers should check with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) on the allowance limits for these products.
