Establishment code is a unique identifier for an entity, such as business unit/entity used by SFA for food permit applications. Under the import permit application, the Competent Authority/ Singapore Customs (CA/SC) code 1 is the establishment code.

You may need to enter the establishment code of the exporting country/region when you are applying for your import permit. You can use the List of Establishment Codes for countries/regions other than Japan and the List of Japan Prefectural Codes to look up establishment codes.
