What supporting documents do I need to submit when applying for Access Arrangements?
AA applications require the following supporting documents:

The diagnosis must be done by qualified professionals registered with the relevant professional bodies, for example, the Singapore Register of Psychologists, Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore Medical Council etc.
*A current profile of need(s) must include: a. Formal standardised assessments, where appropriate, and/or observations of the candidate by a relevant professional. b. The candidate’s functional limitations in the examination setting should be described. c. The rationale for the specific AA requests being made for the candidate, in relation to the functional limitations, should be provided. d. For candidates who have been receiving recent ongoing therapy (within the previous three years prior to the year of the examination) by a relevant professional, periodic therapy updates or evaluation reports may serve as a current profile of needs.

Educational Inputs | For school candidates: The School Observation Report is intended for school personnel to provide educational input. The report must provide educational observations including:
For private candidates: The Individual Report is intended to collate educational input. The report must provide educational observations including:
Important Note: The School Observation Report / Individual Report should not: a. Cite nor reference the contents of any accompanying medical or professional reports / memos / letters; or b. Duplicate information from accompanying medical or professional reports / memos / letters.
