What should I do if I am unable to collect the PSLE results in-person?

If you or your parents are unable to collect the hardcopy PSLE results, please have your parents nominate a proxy aged 21 and above using this form. You should inform your school in advance and confirm the arrangements with your school. If your parents are unable to appoint a proxy to collect your results, they may contact your school for assistance.
