The identity number that is captured in your examination records takes reference from the identity number that you have used when you sat for your examinations.

To maintain the integrity of the examination records, personal data such as identification numbers will not be amended or replaced. Hence, you will not be able to find your results for those examinations on the MySkillsFuture Portal, when you access the portal using your new identity number.

However, you may submit a request to obtain a digitised copy of your examination results at no cost. Please provide the following information to us:

• Your name 

• The identification number that you have used to sit for the examination

• Examination Level (e.g. GCE O-Level) 

• Examination Year 

• Front and back of the identification document that you have used to sit for the examination

• School Name

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your request, after we have received all the required documents.
