There are personal particulars that are reflected inaccurately on my examination certificate. How can I make amendments to them?

We will only consider requests for amendments in personal particulars and re-print of certificates if the errors are made by SEAB.

If you are a school candidate, you can request for an amendment and re-print of your certificate through your school. The school must write to us to explain the reason for amendment, and we will review the reason before approving or rejecting the request.

If you are a private candidate for the GCE-Level examinations, you may submit your request to Ask Us SEAB by the stipulated deadline indicated in the email that will be sent to you nearer to the day of results release. SEAB will review the reason before approving or rejecting the request.

An administrative fee may be charged.
