I have changed my identification number and am unable to login to PRS. What should I do?
Please scan and email a copy of your blue NRIC (front and back, in colour) to sdc@spb.gov.sg for verification.
Once SDC has received the NRIC and checked that it is in order, we will update your particulars in the PRS.
After that, we will notify you and you can proceed to log in.
