Vehicles transporting licensable petroleum and flammable materials of total net quantity 3000 kg / litres or more in the nature physical state of the regulated substance, are required to install tracking device, in-vehicle immobilizer and orange-colored licence plates. This includes flammable gases transported in tube trailers.
