Must I obtain a licence when purchasing Petrol / Diesel from a Petrol Service Station (PSS)?

For small purchases of petrol up to 20 litres and diesel up to 200 litres, no licence is required. It is only when purchases exceed these thresholds that SCDF approval and the relevant licences become mandatory.
