A CFR would need to inform SCDF (through the Support>Feedback link in the app) of the injury within 5 days from when the injury was sustained, treatment or discharge. Alternatively, CFRs may reach SCDF at 6848 1801 during office hours or via email at SCDF_VCPD_Feedback@scdf.gov.sg. SCDF will assist the CFR in processing the necessary forms for the claim.
