What documents should I give if I am operating a new ride?

Ride operators are to seek approval from SCDF on the design and installation works for regulated amusement rides via the application form for Fire and Rescue Management System.

Do prepare the documents such as risk assessment, product specification sheets, material safety data sheets, product testing reports, etc.  After which SCDF will liaise with ride operator for any further discussions or any inspection of ride and site before issuance of a NOA (Notice of Approval) for the ride to be build.
