Access the Registry of Societies eServices website

Visit go.gov.sg/rose and log in to the system via Singpass for Registered Societies.

Navigate to your pending application

Click on the application number under the 'Pending' tab.

Initiate the verification process

Click on the 'Verify' button. Note that if the President, Secretary or Treasurer is also the applicant, the 'Verify' button will not be displayed since PST do not need to verify applications that they have submitted themselves.

Review the application details

The system will display the application details for verification. PST should review the application thoroughly to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Complete the declaration

At the bottom of the application details, PST must tick the declaration checkbox before they can click on the 'Submit' button.

Submit and obtain acknowledgement

Once the application is verified, the system will display the acknowledgement page. PST can also click on the 'Download Acknowledgement' button to download the acknowledgement of the application verification for their records.
